Abstract

Through data analytics and wearable gadgets, innovative technologies have altered sports performance. how modern sports technologies improve performance, injury prevention, and strategic decision-making. Data analytics lets coaches and sports scientists analyze enormous amounts of performance data to see player efficiency, tactical tendencies, and opponent analysis. GPS trackers, heart rate monitors, and motion sensors give real-time physiological and biomechanical feedback for individualized training and athlete health monitoring. To assess these technologies' efficacy and limits, the study uses quantitative performance data and qualitative athlete and coach interviews. Technology-driven interventions improve accuracy, efficiency, and competitiveness, but data privacy concerns, high implementation costs, and over-reliance on technology persist. Data analytics and wearable gadgets work best when paired with human experience to maximize athletic performance and ethics. the growth of sports science by emphasizing how technology will change athletic performance.
