Abstract

As the number of electric vehicles (EVs) on the road continues to rise, the development of smart charging infrastructure is gaining importance in simplifying the transition to environmentally friendly transportation. Smart charging systems offer significant advantages over traditional charging methods by enabling charging experiences that are more efficient, adaptive, and user-friendly. Renewable energy sources, dynamic load balancing, and real-time monitoring are all components of these systems that work together to maximize charging efficiency. recent advancements in smart charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, focusing on the role of smart grid integration, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, and the growth of charging networks. In order to meet the rising demand for electric vehicles, it also explores the advantages and disadvantages of extending smart charging infrastructure. Here we examine how smart charging could make electric mobility more accessible, efficient, and environmentally friendly. Through analysis of emerging technology, current trends in the industry, and projections for the future, we examine how it might strengthen and improve the energy system.
